PROMOCLEAN TP 61
Is a cleaning fluid dedicated for removal of all types of flux residues on PCBA’s, Power modules, lead frames, BGA’s, PoP or SIP applications & LED assemblies.
The controlled alkalinity mechanism makes sure this product is compatible with aluminum & other sensitive materials and at the same time providing a high cleaning power. Its low surface tension allows superior cleaning and rinsing under low stand-off components and difficult to reach spaces.
It is intended for a water-based immersion process and used diluted with DI water. PROMOCLEAN TP 61 can clean most flux residues at 15 % dilution. Increase dilution rate for hard to remove residues.
