The EMEA Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of the EMEA region by delivering structured, pragmatic, and customer-oriented marketing initiatives. This role acts as a key interface between Sales, Product Management, and global Marketing team, ensuring that marketing activities are aligned with regional business priorities and effectively support sales performances. The position focuses on translating strategy into actionable tools and campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and market penetration across EMEA.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Support and enhance Salesforce usage for marketing and sales activities, ensuring proper tracking of leads, campaigns, and performance
- Collaborate with Product Managers for product launches and regional positionning
- Analyse market trends, competitor positioning and customer needs to provide actionable insights
- Organize, standardize and participate Tech days, customer & distributor seminars, webinar, tradeshow and application focused events across EMEA
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all EMEA channels in alignement with global marketing team
- Track and report performance of campaigns, Tech Days, Exchibition, and lead generation activities
- Structure and monitor the marketing contribution to the sales funnel (lead-> opportunity conversion)
- Adapt global marketing contecnt to EMEA market specifics (industries, languages, customer expectation)
- Support digital marketing initiatives (e-mail, website content, atuomations, adwords, etc..)
- Coordinate and deploy regional marketing campaigns aligned with commercial priorities
- Participate in customer visits with Sales team in order to better understand customer needs and translate them into relevant marketing support
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial or technical environments
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value propositions
- Ability to speak 2 to 3 EMEA languages – or willing to learn
