AMTECH Solder Paste SynTECH-LF
Is a lead-free solder paste with excellent wetting properties and a higher viscosity formulation for improved print definition. With REL0 flux classification, it delivers low voiding, clear residue, and is fully compatible with enclosed print heads. Available in both print and dispense grades, SynTECH-LF is RoHS II and REACH compliant and has passed the BONO Test at 1.56%, making it a reliable choice for high-performance lead-free soldering.
