Compte tenu de ses valeurs SIR \u00e9lev\u00e9es et de sa r\u00e9ussite au test de corrosion BONO, il convient parfaitement aux applications n\u00e9cessitant une grande fiabilit\u00e9. Il s’agit d’un flux d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le soudage \u00e0 la vague des trous traversants, des technologies mixtes et des assemblages SMT. Le nettoyage des circuits imprim\u00e9s apr\u00e8s le brasage n’est pas n\u00e9cessaire en raison de sa tr\u00e8s faible teneur en solides.<\/p>\n
