Les caract\u00e9ristiques favorables de viscosit\u00e9, de densit\u00e9 et de tension de surface du produit permettent un contact optimal avec la surface, ce qui contribue \u00e0 des performances de transfert de chaleur sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>La tr\u00e8s bonne compatibilit\u00e9 avec tous les m\u00e9taux, une large gamme de plastiques et d&rsquo;\u00e9lastom\u00e8res ainsi que la stabilit\u00e9 chimique du fluide font de THERMASOLV CF6 un fluide id\u00e9al pour le refroidissement par immersion.<\/p>\n<p>La nature chimique de <strong>THERMASOLV CF6 <\/strong>en fait \u00e9galement un produit adapt\u00e9 comme agent adh\u00e9sif pour le processus de brasage die-attach de pr\u00e9formes. Il est facile \u00e0 pulv\u00e9riser et ne laisse aucun r\u00e9sidu apr\u00e8s \u00e9vaporation lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de refusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THERMASOLV CF6 <\/strong>est formul\u00e9 dans un souci de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
