Ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;isolation \u00e9lectrique \u00e9lev\u00e9es permettent d&rsquo;immerger les appareils \u00e9lectroniques et \u00e9lectriques sous tension dans le fluide. Les caract\u00e9ristiques favorables de viscosit\u00e9, de densit\u00e9 et de tension superficielle du produit permettent un contact superficiel optimal, ce qui contribue \u00e0 des performances de transfert thermique sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p>La tr\u00e8s bonne compatibilit\u00e9 du <strong>THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> avec tous les m\u00e9taux, avec une large gamme de plastiques et d&rsquo;\u00e9lastom\u00e8res et la stabilit\u00e9 chimique du fluide, font du <strong>THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> un fluide id\u00e9al pour le refroidissement par immersion.<\/p>\n<p>La nature chimique du <strong>THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> en fait \u00e9galement un produit appropri\u00e9 comme agent collant pour le processus de brasage par attachement de pr\u00e9formes. Il est facile \u00e0 pulv\u00e9riser et ne laisse aucun r\u00e9sidu apr\u00e8s \u00e9vaporation lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de refusion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> est formul\u00e9 dans un souci de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
