The use of TOPKLEAN™ EL-20R as a co-solvent together with NOVEC™ HFE highly increases its cleaning and drying performances.
TOPKLEAN™ EL-20R is hydro carbonided product with a high solvent power and halogen and aromatic-free cleaning agent.
