Ist ein r\u00fcckstandsarmes, reinigungsfreies, VOC-freies (Volatile Organic Compound) Flussmittel. Angesichts der hohen SIR-Werte und des bestandenen BONO-Korrosionstests eignet es sich hervorragend f\u00fcr Anwendungen, die eine hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit erfordern. Es ist ein Flussmittel, das f\u00fcr das Wellenl\u00f6ten von Durchsteck-, Mischtechnik- und SMT-Baugruppen entwickelt wurde. Eine Reinigung der Leiterplatte nach dem L\u00f6ten ist aufgrund des sehr geringen Feststoffgehalts nicht erforderlich.<\/p>\n
