Ist ein halogenfreies, nicht zu reinigendes, klebriges Flussmittel, das f\u00fcr bleifreie und verbleite Anwendungen entwickelt wurde. Nach dem Reflow ist der R\u00fcckstand nicht korrosiv. Klassenbester f\u00fcr Dosier-, Tauch- und insbesondere f\u00fcr Druckanwendungen.<\/p>\n
ECOFREC TF48<\/strong> kann punktuell mit einer Spritze, durch Eintauchen, mit einem Pinsel oder durch Siebdruck unter Verwendung einer Schablone aufgetragen werden.<\/p>\nNach der Anwendung weist ECOFREC TF48<\/strong> eine gute Haftkraft auf und erm\u00f6glicht das Fixieren der Bauteile, bis die Refusion der Legierung mithilfe einer Hei\u00dfluftstation, eines Infrarotofens, eines Konvektionsofens, eines Dampffasenofens oder eines L\u00f6tkolbens erfolgt.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
