Die sehr gute Vertr\u00e4glichkeit mit allen Metallen, einer Vielzahl von Kunststoffen und Elastomeren und die chemische Stabilit\u00e4t der Fl\u00fcssigkeit machen THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> zu einer idealen Fl\u00fcssigkeit f\u00fcr die Tauchk\u00fchlung.<\/p>\n Aufgrund seiner chemischen Beschaffenheit eignet sich THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> auch als Haftvermittler f\u00fcr den Preform-Die-Attach-L\u00f6tprozess. Es ist leicht zu spr\u00fchen und hinterl\u00e4sst nach dem Verdampfen im Reflow-Schritt keine R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n THERMASOLV CF3<\/strong> wurde unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Sicherheit formuliert.
