Sie gew\u00e4hrleistet eine optimale Benetzung auf verschiedenen DCB-Oberfl\u00e4chen (Cu, Au, Ag). Sie ist kompatibel mit den Temperaturanforderungsprofilen von SiC- und GaN-Materialien mit breiter Bandl\u00fccke.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sinterpaste enth\u00e4lt weder Halogen noch Nanopartikel und weist eine sehr hohe Scherfestigkeit auf.
