Sie wurde f\u00fcr gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Substrate und Hochleistungspakete entwickelt und erm\u00f6glicht nur einen Schritt f\u00fcr die komplette Modulmontage. Sie bietet bleifreie Verbindungen f\u00fcr das Sintern von gro\u00dfen Grundplatten oder Komponenten mit einer Chipgr\u00f6\u00dfe von bis zu 400 mm2 mit optimierter Benetzungsleistung auf DCB-Materialien, Gold-, Nickel-, Kupfer- und Silberoberfl\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n<p>Kompatibel mit den Temperatur-Anspruchsprofilen der Wide-Band-Gap-Materialien SiC und GaN.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sinterpaste enth\u00e4lt weder Halogen noch Nanopartikel und weist eine sehr hohe Scherfestigkeit auf. Ein wichtiges Leistungsmerkmal ist, dass sie bei Raumtemperatur gelagert werden kann, ohne dass sich ihre Eigenschaften \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p><!-- KENNDATEN Section --><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight:bold;
