Sie wurde f\u00fcr die Die-Attach- und High-Power-Geh\u00e4use entwickelt und erm\u00f6glicht nur einen Schritt f\u00fcr die komplette Modulmontage. Sie bietet bleifreie Verbindungen f\u00fcr das Sintern von gro\u00dfen Grundplatten oder Komponenten mit einer Chipgr\u00f6\u00dfe von bis zu 400 mm2 auf DCB-Materialien, Gold-, Nickel-, Kupfer- und Silberoberfl\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n<p>Kompatibel mit den Temperatur-Anspruchsprofilen der Wide-Band-Gap-Materialien SiC und GaN.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sinterpaste enth\u00e4lt weder Halogen noch Nanopartikel und weist eine sehr hohe Scherfestigkeit auf.
