Used in all industries, NOVEC™ 7100 was specially formulated as a specialty solvent to clean, degrease, rinse and dry all kind of materials.

NOVEC™ 7100, is methoxy-nonafluorobutane (C4F9OCH3) transparent, colorless and nearly odorless agent, designed to be a substitute for products with ozone depletion potential.

It was developed to implement ultrasonic cleaning operations.

It's the base for a large number of formulations. NOVEC™ 7100 is adapted to light vapor phase degreasing operations. It can be used pure or also with an azeotropic blend or with a co-solvent.

Its high boiling point and its very low surface tension, provide to the NOVEC™ 7100 some properties for vapor phase light degreasing.

This High-Tech fluid has no ODP and its thermal and chemical stability and its very low toxicity provide the best industrial compromise for the safety in use and the environment.
