PERFORMANCES
ECOFREC™ 200 is a no clean flux recommended for surface mounted device soldering either with air or nitrogen controlled atmosphere in order to avoid any cleaning.
ECOFREC™ 200 was developed to avoid solderballing and to reach a good compatibility between the various existing solder masks.
