Ecofrec™ 405

ECOFREC^™ 405 is a low VOC, halogen-free, rosin/resin-free wave solder flux. It oçffers excellent soldering in lead-free and in leaded wave applications. It allows excellent through-hole wetting. It was developed to give excellent solder penetration on different PCB lead-free finishes as Ni/Au, Sn, Ag, and OSP, even after prior heat cycles.

ECOFREC^™405 reduces the VOC emissions by as much as 50% as compared to alcohol-based fluxes.
