PERFORMANCES
ECOFREC™ DD6 is a low residue, halogen-free resin flux with halogen-free organic activators.
After soldering, remaining flux residues PCB are non aggressive and do not induce any corrosion risks.
Electrical insulation features are especially high when circuit boards are exposed to extreme accelerated ageing conditions.
ECOFREC™ DD6 flux is ideal for single or double-wave soldering of conventional components or Surface Mounted Devices.
