ECOREL^TM FREE HT 235-6 is a Tin-Antimony (Sn95Sb5) alloy solder paste.  Due to its higher melting point (235-240°C) compared to the standard SAC alloys, is a solution for higher temperature reflow process. ECOREL^TM FREE HT 235-6 has excellent printing capabilities: high speed printing, excellent abandon time, long steady tackiness.

In industry, SAC (SnAgCu) alloys are more used than any other lead free alloys. Many studies demonstrate no significant statistical differences between SAC alloys with 3 to 4% silver content and 0,5 to 0,7% copper content (re IPC SVPC reliability study).

With its 235-240°C melting point, Sn95Sv5 alloy is a solution for high temperature reflow process.
