ECOREL^™ EASY 862 and 863 solder pastes areeasy to use. They offer excellent printing features: excellent abandon time on stencil and several day's steady tackiness. After reflow, production output remains really high.

Thanks to the specific nature of the organic compounds, residues after reflow are fully compatible with pin point test.
